Delete your BytzGo account

You can permanently delete your account and personal data as follows.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open BytzGo and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (customer, rider, or vendor).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is blocked while you have active (non-completed) orders. Finish or cancel those first.

By email

Email support@bytzgo.com or jerryanthony61@gmail.com from your registered address with subject Delete my account. We respond within 30 days.

What is removed

• Profile, phone, documents, FCM tokens, and wallet access tied to your login.
• Vendor products you listed (if you are a vendor).

Completed order history may be retained in anonymised form for legal and accounting requirements.
