BytzGo connects customers with independent riders and partner vendors for delivery. We are a technology platform, not a transport or pharmacy provider unless stated otherwise on a specific order.
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use the app only for lawful purposes. Riders must complete verification before going online. Vendors are responsible for product listings and compliance with local law.
Fees are shown before you confirm an order. Wallet top-ups and deliveries may be processed via third-party payment providers. Refunds follow our support policy and applicable law.
No harassment, illegal goods, dangerous items, or misuse of location or chat features. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, BytzGo is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected order in the prior 30 days.
We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
